In-app practice data

No in-app practice tracking. Your chants, session counts, and practice history stay on your device. Chantika does not upload, store, or analyse your personal practice data on any server.

Chant audio and voice counting

Chantika never records, stores, or uploads your audio, and it has no servers or accounts of its own. Experimental voice counting uses your phone's built-in speech service (provided by Apple or Google), which processes audio under that platform's own policies. Your practice data stays on your device.

Account and identity

No account required to use core features. Chantika does not collect your name, email, or social handles as a condition of using the app.

Ads during practice

No ads during active chanting sessions. This is a product commitment, not just a policy statement.

Website traffic

Basic website traffic may be processed by Cloudflare for hosting, security, and abuse prevention. This is standard infrastructure-level processing and does not involve tracking individual users for advertising purposes. The website may also use privacy-focused analytics (such as Plausible) that do not use cookies or fingerprinting.

No sale of personal information

Chantika does not sell personal or spiritual practice data. It is not used as an advertising asset.

User controls

You can use Chantika fully offline. Local app data can be deleted through your device's standard app settings. For privacy questions or data deletion requests, contact support@chantika.app.
